Glenn Howells Architects have drawn inspiration from the distinguished streets of Montpellier to create a development that touches on the traditional and the modern. Two Grade II listed villas have been thoughtfully restored to complement the Regency architecture of the street, while a modern building seamlessly connects them.
Inside, the one, two- and three-bedroom apartments provide light and spacious living areas, while the variety of sociable spaces have been inspired by Cheltenham’s thriving cultural scene.
Refurbishment and conversion of existing office block into high specification retirement accommodation. The Building has in-house luxury Spa facilities.
Working with Axiom Building Services, NDC had a RIBA stage 4 electrical design development commission for an existing office block in the centre of Cheltenham. The site consists of an existing six floor block that has been converted to luxury retirement properties with on-site gym, spa, sauna and swimming pool. The services installations include a new incoming telecommunications and new upgraded electrical supply.
A comprehensive electrical design was provided to all new and refurbished areas. The design incorporated audio visual, fire alarm systems, intruder alarm system LV and lighting systems. A high-end specification and finish was required to meet the Clients expectations.
