The new primary care centre is a distinctive three storey building what re-houses the two former GP practices in Lytham. The centre brings together a number of community health services in a spacious modern facility.
The primary care centre is a three-storey building in the Lytham St Anne’s, with a pharmacy, cade, news agents, GP surgeries, a health education room, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and counselling rooms along with public areas.
The new centre is able to provide a range of services including: x-ray facilities, a Pharmacy, a number of treatment rooms and a health port that accommodates visiting mobile services, such as MRI scanning and mammography.
NDC were engaged to install the mechanical and electrical systems on the project, which included lighting, high and low voltage distribution, data and CCTV cabling, building management system, medical gases piping, above drainage, under floor, gas fired, solar water and radiant ceiling panel heating, rainwater harvesting and supply and extract ventilation systems.
