Lytham Primary Care Centre, Lytham St. Annes

Lytham Primary Care Centre is located on the site of the former Lytham Hospital where there has been a health care presence since 1871.

A sensitive demolition process was required to allow the adjoining mental health unit to be carefully separated from the former hospital buildings.
